Annual Student Update 2026-2027

It's that time of year again when we ask families to review and update the information we have for their student. By completing the update, it will ensure we have the correct details—such as contacts, addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, and health information—which is crucial information for your child's school records.

How to Update Information:
  1. Log in to the NCSU PowerSchool Parent Portal: Visit https://ncsuvt.powerschool.com.
  2. Sign in to your account and click on “Forms” on the left side of the screen.
  3. Follow the instructions in the support document to guide you through the process.
Need Assistance?
  • If you need help with your login information, click on “Forgot username and password.” Your username is usually your email address. The password reset email will come from powerschool@ncsuvt.org. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
  • For further assistance or if you do not receive the email, contact your student’s school or email ps.questions@ncsuvt.org.
Using the PowerSchool App: You can also update your information through the PowerSchool app.

This is a reminder to everyone else to please make sure to follow the directions in this post to complete it before your child returns to school. There are also about 10% of families who are partially complete. Please ensure that all of the forms have a green check mark next to them! If you need assistance, email, call, or stop by the office between 8:30-3:30 daily!
