UPCOMING MEETINGS

 

  • We need to have another meeting scheduled Monday, May 11. This is needed because we will have the FINAL count of students and chaperones.  It is a really important meeting, but probably only a few select parents need to attend- those parents will be emailed about this.  
  • We will have a meeting on Tuesday, May 19 where we invite the UPCOMING 8th grade families, just to talk about fundraising initiatives and all that goes into planning.  Probably only a few parents need to come to this.  We will invite next year’s principal, Branda Waterhouse.  
  • The final secured chaperone meeting will occur 2 nights before the trip, on Tuesday June 2.  All parent chaperones will be required to attend, either in person or virtually.
