July 5 - 8 (4 days only)

-Astrology Camp w/Ms. Corbett: Learn about Astrology and what it means for you! (Occupancy 15)

-Alpaca, Alpaca Babies & Wellness w/ Ms. Heather: Head over to Coventry Falls Alpaca Farm to visit with the Alpaca and their spring babies! Learn about animal therapy and some techniques for overall wellness! (Occupancy 8)

July 11-15

-Intro to Musical Theater w/Ms. Corbett & Mr. Yarnall: Spend the week learning about the different areas of musical theatre. Come ready to experience about how singing, dancing, and acting all come together to make live theatre. Will include drama games/improv, karaoke contest, and watching clips from famous musicals. (Occupancy 15)

-Outdoor Adventures w/Mrs. Potter & Mrs. Gregory: Kayaking, biking, hiking, Arbortrek Treetop Obstacle Course, & Outdoor games! (Occupancy 12)

-Miniature Horses & Equine Care w/Ms. Heather: Head over to Liberty Farm and meet Miss Liberty, Miss Mehari and Princess Fiona. Learn about miniature horses and their care. (Occupancy 8)

-Mission to Mars: Lego Robotics w/Mr. Ingram: Build and program multiple machines to trek across "Mars"! (Occupancy 10)

July 18-22

-Herbalism Camp (19-22 only) w/ Ms. France & Mrs. Gregory: Learn how to make a salve from herb infused oils and beeswax. Distil plants to craft air fresheners, make relaxing infusions and decoctions, go on herb walks, learn about the plants that grow around you, sew a lavender sachet from our greenhouse lavender, enjoy herbal foot baths and more. (Occupancy 8)

-Dance & Drama Camp w/Ms. Corbett & Kaeleb Berthiaume: This week focuses on our dancers and movers. We will perform several dances and create a small skit to weave it all together. This week includes lots of moving and acting! (Occupancy 15)

-Camera Ready Makeup, skincare, & Hair w/Ms. Heather: Learn from Live TV professional, Heather Bournival, how to do camera-ready makeup and hair and she'll throw in some long-term tips for ongoing care! (Occupancy 8)

July 25-29

-Musical Theater Camp w/Ms. Corbett & Mr. Yarnall: For beginners and experts alike, join us in presenting our very own musical written by one of our very own students! This week will focus on all the different things it takes to put on a show! (Occupancy 15)

-Culinary Camp @ NCCC (26-29 only) w/Mr. Grimm & Ms. France: Camp description coming soon (Occupancy 12)

August 1-5

-Kayaks & Crafts (1) w/Ms. Corbett & Emma Stuart: Do some fun crafts and tie-dye then head out on water for a trip around Derby pond. (Occupancy 12)

-Welcome to the Junior High (1) w/Ms. Sarah: A great camp for incoming 7th graders! Get a little extra time to tour the school, try your lockers and learn more about what goes on at the Junior High! (Occupancy 12)

-Spooky Stories w/ Mrs. Stuart & Maggie Stuart: Read some spooky and scary stories, discuss the author's craft and create your own spooky story! (Occupancy 12)

August 8-12

We are pleased to announce summer programming activities for the Summer of 2022.


Students can participate in the following activities over the summer:


  • Experiential Learning Programs: We know that the idea of summer school doesn’t exactly get you fired up. So, we have created a whole bunch of activities that are designed to be fun and engaging. Some, not all, will help you earn credit as well.

  • Independent Study- We know that many of you have busy summers already planned, but you still may need to find a way to recover some credits. Check out the Independent Study option and set up a time to meet with the Flexible Pathways Director to create a plan. The only limit is your imagination, so if you have ideas for areas you would like to study, share them with us and we can help you turn those ideas into credits.
